  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be charged at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it takes 3 to 5 business days to pack and dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Major cities (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

    • Other regions and remote areas: 3 to 6 business days.

  • Note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume sale events.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message. Orders will only be processed after successful verification.

  • Once your package is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID via SMS or Email so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery.

  • Courier riders are not authorized to open packages before receiving payment. For any issues regarding the product inside, please contact our customer support directly.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
